Broken Broker 11/29/12Follow

the update was pushed live today despite a widely known bug that caused the broker to not display ANY item names other than equipable items. this was done in spite of testers desperately trying to get SOE's attention on this serious bug and being ignored. Other known bugs were also patched thru today but this being the major one. Here below is one such comment today from a tester, and the poor treatment he/she received from SOE as thanks for his/her testing.


I posted on the forums how we as testers did everything in our power to stop this from going live in the first place, we twittered, we facebooked, we posted in forums, we /bug, we /feedback, we /petition, and nothing! Still was pushed to live. and when I made this known on the forums I was quickly shoved under the rug and my post removed so SOE could save face. Way to treat your customers. The best MMO on the market destroyed by lousy customer service & community relations. when I called BS on the removal of my post it also earned me a ban for a day. So their method of customer relations... Silence those that oppose!


Hmmm..... and SOE wonders why they can't get new customers? Word of mouth is the best advertisement there is and it will make or break you!

yes, although it did not target anyone directly as the guidelines indicate I cannot target someone directly and say "You should be fired"
