In order to complete H/Log I need to go to Cutters Cry and kill Sand Bats,Desertors & Myrmidon Princess. Went there talked to a guy that's standing in front of the entrance but can't enter. Can anyone tell me if I'm in the right area or if I missed something along the way?

What level are you. I don't think you can enter until level 38
