This quest grants the title Tidelord.

As you talk to Veras, the tentacle and Rune King Molinar, just choose the option that sounds the craziest!

	If you get to the island and there is nothing updating or clickable, log out and log back in and the NPCs should appear. This also works if it breaks half way in.
