To Start: Speak to Felipe in Sanctuary.
Felipe says,"With so much mail to deliver, we have to be speedy. If it isn't fragile, you can toss mail into the mailbox from a distance to save you time!

Try using your mail toss ability when completing your next route. "

Deliver mail along the Sanctuary route before time runs out, then return to Felipe.
This is a Minigame quest.  This quest will advance the Postmen job.
