My 38 warrior got wasted away by his dots..got him down to 50% life but those dots were just too much. 1k AC, 255 to all stats via buffs and had temp.

you are correct. running around the other day farming condensed shadow with no buffs and no mana from rotting the runners, i got hit with malaise and some other stuff. thinking what the he##, i turned to fight and found a dark blue conned dratha in my face. well not being prepared at all for the encounter, i cast lay hand ,since i was already beat up pretty bad, and ran. i then medded, buffed, and went back. rooted him and took his pet off to the side and dispatched with him just as root broke. chain stunned and beat down, he didnt stand much of a chance. only drop was some minor pp and exp. oh well, just had to go back since he caught me off guard.

Considering this guy is the alter-ego to Warlord Gok Thok I would say his level is more like 40. Killed him a few times on my shaman and he always conned the same as Gok.
He's definately a shaman too. Always an annoying fight with a shaman, not especially dangerous, just annoying.
