She has a 10 second Death Touch
3000.74, -3237.53, -148.45 is what my loc reads if you are standing in front of her within hailing distance. She is at the base of the Northeastern most big dragon statues, it looks like a square on the map. FYI if you are familiar with the Wizard Epic....it's the statue with the dagger. Happy hunting!

been looking at here for 45 min and she doesn not roam......Someone was on drugs

Her location is 3010.76, -3226.56, -148.26... Earlier posts says that she wanders, every time I've had to hail her, she's been in this exact location.

NE corner of Skyfire. There is a dragon ring there. Best way is to exodus/succor whatever you want and just head north along the wall until you get to it.

Can the Pearlescent Fragments be MQ'd???
If your MQ'er is willing to go through a lot of effort, yes it could be done. That said, no, you cannot loot 4 shards and MQ the turn in for someone. Cecilia respawns about 15 minutes after she despawns. I did this part last night after another group and that is about what we waited.
Can the shards be MQ'd?

Is she always up, or does she spawn when you turn in the shimering Pearl in Sol B?

She is the turn in mob for the cleric epic. You need her to spawn ragefire so why would you kill her while waiting on your ragefire raid to show up? that would mean they would be coming for no reason as she wouldnt be there to spawn the dragon.

It's an EPIC quest NPC..... there's a reason there's no exp and no loot, they don't want you killing them.
