Who are doing the quest for the Paladin spell "Divine Might", .There no longer is a "North Freeport". This guy is in the Hall of Truth. The Hall of Truth (Paladin guild hall) is now at the Northern edge (slightly towards the west) of West Freeport.
He's at neg 1122, pos 495, neg 126.
The reference in the quest thread to North Freeport threw me for a loop as a returning player, so I wanted to spare someone else the misery!

Since revamp, the new location is 1100, -500, -125 in the Hall of Truth, West Freeport. That's the NW portion of the city.

I know it's standard to label him as such, but I still think that calling the Paladin guildmaster a Monster is funny.
