Dropped Formal Wristwraps of Lunanyn on 7/27/2022 on Mangler server.
Just Molo'ed with my 96 Neco ,92 warrior pet and J5 healer. Easy peasy, never casted his fear spell at all.Used silent casting and
my aggro never got above 50% with me burning Dots as often as needed.
Dropped Sickle and arm wraps.

My experience with this mob was killing the Oashim in the wooded grove (about six mobs) with him spawning twice in a row outside. Pulled from the nearby hill with the pet (in Guard mode) at the edge of the grove so when new spawns pop he faces where they are.
Second night was more of the same: he'll spawn on any Oashim that moves around in the dead grove of trees. Beware that one of the spawns is near the hill to the East and he can spawn there. I stopped pulling the one Oashim in the building since it's probably tougher getting out of the building and he spawns aplenty outside.
The Leather Boots and Scycle are the common drops; I got a Cantrip once and several Wrist Amour drops but never seen the Arms and Ranged item.

Took down with 95rogue/95mage. 1 healer/1 tank merc. Outside of the huntsmen, nothing else will aggro you on the back hill when you get sent lollygagging.

He just spawned at pos351, neg489 for me.
+330, -390, -45 inside the ruins in the grove

....and as if being jumped by a named while looting his corpse isnt enough, it spawned a 3rd time in a row, again inside the ruins.
Ice Encrusted Leather Boots and Median Alaran Cantrip for me today.
Urash spawns in grove of dead trees at loc 333, -386. The placeholders are oashims wandering around a broken stone building inside the grove. Once Ursha spawns he will spawn inside the stone building. He has a single-target fear, Ghostly Dread, that lasts one tick. When the fear fades you are hit for 25K damage and silenced for two ticks. He dropped Sickle of Urash. You can set up camp just north of the grove; there's a safe spot there.
