No faction hits upon death.
Drops Ornate Scrollkeeper's Hood commonly it would seem, and Belt of the Forestkeeper seems to be his rare.
Drops 1 armor-loot per death, and can potetionaly drop tradeskill things like Horse Skin+Hoofs (I've looted Low Quality horse skin for sure, and Horse Hoof's
respawn for him and his ph (a free spirit) is about 20min 6sec .

Hits for a max ~1,200 (triples and quads); flurries; summons.
