Known spawn locations, in-game /locs (PHs are "an enraged harbinger" - ogre):

• 1015, 1345, -340
• 1370, 1760, -292
• 1160, 1810, -292

This is a named Ogre harbinger.

• Casts Bash to the Head (nuke for 34,000 dmg on most hated target) 5 seconds after engage, and then every 10 seconds.
• Casts Cerebral Curse (random targeted AE spell haste inhibitor; 20 curse counters) 15 seconds after engage, and then every 30 seconds.
