About being stolen, they are considered EVIL as well and very much liked there in the outpost. I have a lvl 34 mage gnome and all the guards and venders love me there in the outpost. They also love me in FV .. go figure =) .. WARNING about these little guys.. they are thiefs.
I was in the middle of a trade with someone, and a bag with 4 very nice robes droped on the ground due to the fact that i forgot to empty some room in inventory for it. Well, this little guy said something like, "banker opens his chest as a hose comes out and sucks up the item! This item will be exposed us right away, please keep out place clean." or something like that .. I was rather upset and the GMs wouldnt get my robes back. so warning .. do not do trades near them. .anything can happen.

They don't seem to be agro to good races, but rather con as "glower at you dubiously." What I need to know is what faction do I have to raise so I can buy from the merchants, and what can I kill to do it?
