Actually, the info is correct there is a chest and i happen to be sittin in front of it... just make sure to look under the ice steps. the loc is correct =)

This information is incorrect. There is no chest at the stated location. I killed many minotaurs and got no quest update, though I have heard that killing them is the actual method.

I have discovered an ancient Halasian gravestone. The name on the head stone reads, 'Tundra Jack.' Images on the stone suggest that the man lost his twin mining picks in a battle with minotaurs.

Stage 1

I should seek the twin mining picks taken by minotaurs in Everfrost.

Start:	Search for the lost twin mining picks.
Complete:	Found a chest that may have the mining picks.

I think the twin mining picks are in a Frosthorn treasure chest, but it's locked.

Stage 2

I need to find the keys to the Frosthorn treasure chest.

Start:	Hunt Frosthorn minotaurs for the two keys.
Complete:	Found the two Frosthorn treasure chest keys!

I found the two keys to the Frosthorn treasure chest.

Stage 3

I need to open the Frosthorn treasure chest and hopefully find the twin mining picks.

Start:	Open the Frosthorn treasure chest.
Complete:	Found the twin mining picks!!

I opened the Frosthorn chest and found the twin mining picks inside it.

Stage 4

I should bury the twin mining picks at the gravestone of Tundra Jack.

Start:	Bury the twin mining picks at the gravestone.
Complete:	Buried the twin mining picks at the gravestone.

I buried the twin mining picks at the gravestone of Tundra Jack.

I retrieved the twin mining picks from the Frosthorn minotaurs and buried them at Tundra Jack's grave. I get the feeling I appeased his spirit.

This quest is initiated by examining one of the headstones at 117, -17.4, 148 in Everfrost.

The first thing you need to do is examine a Chest Covered in Frost at 86.14, 25.52, -471.22 in Everfrost. This is in the maze near the minotaurs.

You must then collect two keys by killing the Frosthorn Minotaurs nearby. After you have them return to the chest and open it.

After doing this return to the gravestone. Completing all five quests in this series will spawn a Halasian Ghost, who grants access to Icespire Summit.
