I've used the provided coordinates and I can't even find the entrance the hideout. Is this quest broken or am I the only person having this problem?

I've seen others say it's broken but I haven't been able to replicate it. Did you do the quests in DLW before? That's the only thing I've heard of that seems to cause it.

I'll flag it as possibly bugged in the wiki article as well now. :)

After returning the note I discovered on the body of Overseer V'thex, Miriam Will has asked me to go to the cave mentioned in the note and stop Prince Talvus from completing his plans to take over Neriak.

Stage 1

I must journey to the cave west from Wanderlust Fair and confront Prince Talvus.

Start:	Defeat Prince Talvus
Complete:	Defeated Vaetiul K'Vanos

Prince Talvus escaped but I was still able to defeat Vaetiul K'Vanos and thwart his plans.

Stage 2

I must return to with Miriam Will. She is near the road to the west of Wanderlust Fair.

Start:	Speak with Miriam Will, west of Wanderlust Fair
Complete:	Spoke with Miriam Will

I spoke with Miriam Will. Although disappointed that the prince got away, she was pleased that he will no longer be able to complete his plans to take over Neriak.

Although Prince Talvus escaped I was still able to thwart his plans and I defeated Vaetiul K'Vanos, his second in command.

Enter the Thexian Hideaway behind the Thexians' camp at 575,-47,-75
After taking a few steps, Talvus will go through some dialogue.
The guards and captain will attack you in three waves with little to no resting time in-between.
After the captain dies, you will get your update.
Return to Miriam

	This quest was reported bugged for players who previously completed other quests in this series before.
