eq2 quest:Sprawl Guttersnipe Sweep  

This repeatable kill task is given by Liege Aquila (one of two kill task quests that he gives) in The Sprawl (at the tent near Big Bend entrance).

He will reward you with some Purified Water, coin and experience if you would kill 6 Guttersnipe Crooks or 6 Guttersnipe Hooligans for him. It's random which of the two types you will be assigned.

Kill them and return to Liege Aquila for your reward. The experience on this quest is pretty good for how quickly it can be done.
