Scribe the Othmir Notes on Wurm Saliva that Livi gave you.
Make 3 Weakened Axes on the Othmir Forge. You'll need:

3 ethereal coals (sold by Claud next to the forge)

Head back southwest to the Flamespout Fields. Click any 3 axes to exchange them. Known locations:

-789, -468, 3874
-817, -473, 3846
-826, -474, 3849

Return to Livi to complete the quest.

Livi instructed me to treat the axes I stole earlier with a solution of the ancient wurms' saliva, and then return to the forest and replace the deforesters' spare axes with the ones I had weakened with the saliva treatment.
