Speak to Harla Dar at -104, 51, 738 on Veeshana Tol within the Vesspyr Isles after completing Vyemm's Vengeance
- Attempt to wake Fraka Dar at 402, 183, -761 beneath Droumlunds
- He will attack you when you hail him; at 50% he will cease fighting.
- Talk to him and he will bring him amulets by killing 10 aerakyn invokers or realmstalkers
- Return to Fraka Dar to complete the quest.
