Goblin Allies  

Consol Klinsen asks you to deliver a proposal to Seerbassador Chylik at the Drogan Exile Camp, and return with his response.

When you get there the Seerbassador refuses to read the letter until you have proven yourself to the Exiles of Droga (if you have not already done so).

To get him to read the letter, and give you a reply to take back, you will need Amiable or better faction with Exiles of Droga. See the Drogan Exile Camp series within the Fens of Nathsar Quest Series for quests to raise this faction.
