After finding curious seeds on some bloody clothes in the Condemned Catacombs in Antonica, I took them to a master of plant knowledge in Qeynos' Elddar Grove.

Stage 1

Elgorn Birchgrove said that he should be able to identify the exact desert that the seeds originated in, if I could first get him several other samples.

Start:	I am to harvest succulent seedpods in Sinking Sands.
Complete:	I have a succulent seedpod from Sinking Sands.

Start:	I am to harvest succulent seedpods in the Commonlands.
Complete:	I have a succulent seedpod from the Commonlands.

Start:	I am to harvest succulent seedpods in Zek, the Orcish Wastes.
Complete:	I have a succulent seedpod from the Orcish Wastes.

I harvested succulent seedpods in Sinking Sands, the Commonlands and the Orcish Wastes.

Stage 2

Elgorn Birchgrove should be able to identify which seedpod matches the one I found in the Condemned Catacombs.

Start:	I should return to Elgorn Birchgrove in Qeynos' Elddar Grove.
Complete:	Elgorn informed me that the seedpod I found came from Sinking Sands.

Elgorn Birchgrove, a Forest Tender in the Elddar Grove, informed me that the seedpod I found came from Sinking Sands. That is where I should focus my search for more clues!

Elgorn Birchgrove gives you a sub quest to go pick up seeds in SS, CL and Zek

Sinking sands seed is off to the right of the docks along the zone wall just inside the grass, they look like a big round catus
CL is right next to the Nek gryph tower along the zone wall, you should see them from the tower
Zek is just outside the gates past the wood spikes just be careful of the orcs
head back to Elgorn Birchgrove in Elddar grove and turn in the quest, it will update the main quest and send you again to Sinking Sands
