These are level 47 average, so far the dropps i received from these are fragmented bloodstone, soulrend (adept I), blessed rush (adept I), lunging mongoose (adept I), swamp (adept I), oppressive discante (adept I), advanced woodworker volume 47, advanced alchemist volume 47

Found them on the top of the island just NE of the docks in The Sinking Sands. Climb up the side of the cliff to get to the top.
