Dropped by a risen corpse in The Hedge Hollow, and needed to complete the quests A Nightmarish Illness and A Nightmarish Return. This item will allow you to open a rusted chest.

Nights of the Dead
Occurs annually around the end of October.
Nights of the Dead 2012 will run from 10/11/2012 through 11/7/2012.
