This is a replica of the fabled Spear of Sentries that you helped Sir Bayden Cauldthorn and the Knights of Marr acquire. It seems to have magical properties. You should inspect it further when it is placed in your house.

Update 7 Jan 14 Now available on the loyalty merchants in Qeynos and Freeport for 10 loyalty tokens. When clicked, it gives a 60 minute buff that increases your maximum health by 2,500. This buff does not stack with the other loyalty rewards buffs.
