Danak Dhorentath, the Prophet of Fear, rewarded you with this sacrificial dagger used by the Disciples of Fear to offer lives to Cazic-Thule. It radiates with the power of unwillingly shed blood. You should inspect it further when it is placed in your house.

Update 7 Jan 14 Now available on the loyalty merchants in Qeynos and Freeport for 10 loyalty tokens. When clicked, it gives a 60 minute buff. When damaged, this buff has a 5 percent chance to make the target afraid (fear effect, but the target cowers in place rather than running away) for ten seconds. It does not stack with the other loyalty rewards buffs and does not affect epic targets.
