Item Quality Colors

They changed the item colors from Closed Beta to Open Beta, making the list shorter and changing the top tier from hot pink to orange.

• cos-q0: Rusty (grey #797979)
• cos-q1: Worn (tan #fff3bb) uhm, this is too light to read on white. Leave Worn where it is.)
• cos-q2: Common (green #00c900)
• cos-q3: Decent (blue #194fff)
• cos-q4: Fine (purple #741ef4)
• cos-q5: Superior (orange #fd7820)
