You must be at least Level 50 to receive this quest.

Use the Staff of Amiya (Ggl) on Artemi (52 Elite Double-action Hornet) in the abandoned ruins next to Tiktaalik Village (near the coast between Ayat Clan and Ayal Clan) to get a Repentance Fragment (Ggl)

You must get Artemi to 50% or less to weaken him AND you must have aggro before the Staff will be effective. Let me say that again, you cannot use the staff if your pet or another player has aggro, and you must use the staff when he is 48% or lower!

Recommended Group Size: 3

This can be solo'd by a 53/46 Druid/Scout but you have to pour on the heals early while the DOTs bring him down to 50, then use the Staff.
