1. Find the cup.
1. Talk to Wolf Asher
2. Complete the sub-quest Wooden Cup on the Tent
2. Take the cup back to Saatchi Shadoweave.

If you tried to do this before they fixed it, and already completed the sub-quest, talk to Wolf Asher to receive the cup. If you have leveled too much in the meantime, just talk to Saatchi again after the turn-in to get the next quest.
