Just because you already have the Scraphills Myth Dock does not mean you can skip Near Scraphills and most of the Far Scraphills to the Rustwolf Den. If you do not enter Near Scraphills from Meluan's Gate the first quest step does not update!

What you CAN do is enter Near Scraphills to get the update, exit immediately, go to the Myth Hub and port to Far Scraphills for that update. This places you just outside the Rustwolf Den without firing a shot.
