Speak to one of the following to begin this quest:

• Defiant: Trena in Meridian, on the back wall of Epoch Plaza, near the drink vendors
• Guardian: Murin Remor on Bahralt Street in Sanctum

Objective:

• Defiant: Speak with Palometa in Freemarch at Kelari Refuge
• Guardian: Visit Molly Graysby in Argent Glade

Palometa or Molly will then offer the quest Shallow Water Fishing.
