Rift Quest:Washed Away  

Head into town and find Mayor Jerrin on the first building you come to on the left side of the road. He will be speaking with another towns member. Use the Transmutation Idol on the Mayor to reveal him as a Deep One. Slay him and then proceed to reveal at least three more villagers and slay them as well. Return to Ziara for your reward.
