Rift Quest:Trial of Strength  

The Training Dummy is located just to the left of Sir Ogledon as you are facing him. They have roughly 35 hit points so make sure and use an ability that hits for more than that, or you will fail the trial and have to abandon it and start over. After decimating the dummy in one blow speak with Ogledon again to continue the quest line.
