Rift Quest:Aiding the Injured  

Head straight south out of the encampment and you'll find yourself in a field full of Endless Cult members and Deranged Defiants. Be careful of your surroundings here as you can accidently aggro multiple monsters here. Scout the area looking for friendly NPCs that are sitting on the ground. Most of them can be found near the pond. Use the bandage item and target the scout to aid them. Bandage five scouts and then return to Doctor Klondale for your rewards.
