Rift Quest:Aelfwar Arms Race  

The weapon crates are scattered in different caves in the area underneath the bridge.

The Weapon Crates are on a very very fast respawn (about 5 seconds). Just find a cave and farm 3 of them. Mobs are 30-31 ranged attackers.
