Rift Quest:A Better Methodology  

Hop on the bridge that runs over the Ark of the Ascended and head south. As soon as you get off the bridge head east towards the cliff overlooking the sea. At the back of the Bomani camp, behind all of the barriers and in front of the only house there you will find the Bomani Veck. Use your Dissolution Apparatus on the Veck to weaken him and then finish the deed. Return to Fairna Noaks when you finish for your reward.
