Rift Mob:Blightbeard  

Sometimes, after Infiltrator Johlen is dead, if you go back towards the entrance you will find the rare mob, Blightbeard, standing in the previously empty area just in and to the left from the middle inner entrance. As the word "rare" implies, he does not appear in the zone every time.

Killing him awards the achievement, Timber.
