Rift Achievement:Silent Vigil  

Found at (4221, 2427) inside a cave. The entrance to the cave is located slightly to the east, at (4270, 2410), on the path north to Iron Pine Peaks, right before the bridge.

Patch 1.2 will make this achievement Defiant friendly.
