Use the Mythspike Power Cell x3 you were given to arm the explosive charges. All three can be easily trained to. Just go direct to them then clear any mobs that stayed with you, then click the charge and proceed to the next.

Note	If you drop and reacquire this quest you will be left with extra Power Cells you cannot get rid of! They have made them Scrappable, so right-click them for a chance to find a Metal.
