Just got Spell: Pillar of Frost from this guy.
Thruke is level 45 and is of the Ranger class, for he casted Stinging Swarm on my pet, which means he is either a Druid or Ranger. A level 45 druid would not cast Stinging Swarm, thus it is a ranger.

This guy is fairly easy for a 52 druid to tackle. Shaman class mob tried to malese me and dot but I had buffed all stats prior to trying him. With my supple supply armband focus effect range 3. I was able to stand out of his range of cast from the moment after the pull started. He only had coins on him. He is also part of the forager cycle. This means you kill foragers and he has a random chance of popping just like any of the other named mobs.

Just saw this guy with my level 50 wizard and he was a blue con. Almost killed him, but had an add. He casted on me twice, but did minimal damage. Anyway, he's not always level 50.

This mob is very easy for most people and if your a druid you should have no problems at all. Still no drops on him except money loot
I've heard he causes the foragers to spawn, so that might be why there's no drop off him, if he's a PH.
Same here. Named frog, root/DoT, snare/root adds, oom, med for roots, DoT with ES Arms, no drop off him. Long way to go for nothin. Just had to voice my disappointment. At least it was exciting :)
