Dunno how to spawn him. But we blundered into him in the SE section of the tunnel. This b*stard hit me for 8155! Plus he has a 2500 aoe. He also corpse-camps. After losing 3 more group members trying to recover our corpses, we GH'd it.

Anyone have any info, on how to spawn him ?

I believe this individual npc is the boss for the zone when its race has control of the stonghold. They usually respawn about every 24 to 30 hours depending on the change in power between the races. Hope this helps.
