My name is Jason Johnson. I have been a professional artist/illustrator for 12 years. Ever since I was very young I have been obsessed with art and drawing, slowly developing my skills through many hours of hard work and dedication. As a teenager I became highly interested in comic books and soon after sought a career in that field. When I graduated from high school, I was accepted as an intern for Wildstorm/Image comics(later became part of DC Comics)in San Diego working for Jim Lee of X-men fame(a dream come true!). Shortly afterward I relocated to NYC to expand my business horizons as well as increase my skills. I'm back in SD now concepting for
Sony Online Entertainment. Some of my past clients include Stuff Magazine, Maxim Magazine, DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Penthouse Magazine and Comix, Janet Sterling Silver Design, Fun Monkey Games, and Sandy Shores Greeting Cards.
