I've had the luck of running into them twice. They spawn and then wander amoung the spiders, once two of them are killed the rest despawn.

Been looking for this one for a while near these coordinates.
Does it spawn in the stone gazebo nearby the docks?
Amongst the various spiders (which is the exact point of your coords), but this seems unlikely?
In the town besieged by fire elementals?
