Blindside and tanking

Blindside works wonders with Follow Through if you're tanking.

You can also run through enemies (by removing target lock) to hit them from behind even when soloing, which is slightly easier to do after landing a Jarring Strike stun. Using this, you can virtually use blindside with any WS (Barrage is highly recommended)

wat? lol
youre supposed to decide if you wanna be taking damage or behind the enemy instead, doing sneak attacks. its interesting but feels like SE just gave classes random abilities

You MAY play as a sub-tank for Gladiator. (not the only way but one of many)

Say if main tank gets hit by strong skill lowering HP almost to 0,getting strong enfeeble on main tank, or tank has all buffs removed due to skill/magic, you can get aggro (works well if Concussive Blow and Featherfoot is set prior).
This will help main healer stress by increasing party tanking HP level to Pugilist + Gladiator even if no said event(s) happens.
Just Swap the aggro between the two classes.
