I am where both you and eq2 mapper place him but no Tracker Morin he is AWOL. and I finished the three prerequisite quests.

I saw that mentioned on the EQ2 forums as well. I wish I had a suggestion but I don't. :(

So it turns out there are *four* pre-reqs; the walkthrough is updated to reflect that.
