You must be at least Level 80 to start this quest.

Rewards:

Your reward includes your class weapon

Murrar Shar tells you Queen Antonia has requested your presence.

Speak to Antonia Bayle near Baubbleshire, where she is posing as Rinna ( 796.08, -22.05, -541.45 )
Enter the Chamber of the Claymore where the Circle convene by saying "Honor, Valor and Truth" in front of the Claymore (click on the floor at 290.60, -18.01, -20.75 .
Assist to the trial.
Speak to Antonia.
