Tier 1

Militia Gear

These items can be purchased from Renown Gear Merchants in or near the starting areas for each career. The one you are most likely to encounter as a Brightwizard

is Bountyman Taylor, in Grimmenhagen. There is also a renown merchant at the Grey Lady Coaching Inn named Bountyman Krakstein.

Militia gear can also be purchased in any of the Tier 1 warcamps. The Nordland vendors are Bountyman Cohen (armor) and Bountyman Lipschultz (accessories/weapons). Furthermore, Renown gear merchants have been added to the Guild Taverns and the Capital Cities!

Decimator Gear

Decimator is the Tier 1 renown set. It has two parts. The boots are dropped from any player in RvR combat (scenarios, skirmishes, or in RvR lakes), and are BoE. The chest piece is dropped from any of the 'Sergent' mobs guarding enemy held Battlefield Objectives in RvR lakes, and is BoP. Renown set gear is also available from Quartermasters for purchase using the Medallion system.

High Level Armor Sets

Annihilator Gear

Annihilator is the first high-level Ward-granting armor set. It is the RvR equivalent of the Bloodlord Armor Set found in the Bastion Stair. Both sets can be used in any combination to offer the Lesser Ward, which is required for City High Level Dungeons and Fortress encounters. There are five pieces of armor in each set.

The boots and gloves are dropped from any player of sufficient renown rank in RvR combat (scenarios, skirmishes, or in RvR lakes), and are BoE. The Helm, Body, and Shoulder pieces are rewards from gold bags rewarded from T4 Keep sieges, and are BoP. The piece you get in the bag is randomly chosen.

Renown set gear is also available from Quartermasters for purchase using the Medallion system.

Conqueror Gear

Conqueror gear is the second of the high-level Ward-granting armor sets. It is the RvR equivalent of the Sentinel Armor set found in the high-level city dungeons. Both sets can be used in any combination to offer the Greater Ward, which is required for both the Lost Vale and the City Invasion PQs. The Sentinel and Conqueror sets also provide the effects of the Lesser Ward. There are six pieces of armor in each set.

The boots and gloves are dropped from any player of sufficient renown rank in RvR combat (scenarios, skirmishes, or in RvR lakes), and are BoE. The Helm, Body, and Shoulder pieces are rewards from gold bags rewarded from Fortress sieges, and are BoP. The piece you get in the bag is randomly chosen.

Renown set gear is also available from Quartermasters for purchase using the Medallion system.

Warlord Gear

Warlord gear is the fourth of the high-level Ward-granting armor sets. It is obtained from the Sub-Boss PQ fights in contested cities. The Warlord gear grants the Excelsior Ward which is required for the King Fights. The Excelsior Ward includes the effects of all previous armor sets. There are seven pieces of armor in this set.

The accessory is purchased from vendors in your capital city. The boots and gloves are dropped from any player of sufficient renown rank in RvR combat (scenarios, skirmishes, or in RvR lakes), and are BoE. The Helm, Body, and Shoulder pieces are rewards from gold bags rewarded from City Sub-Boss PQs, and are BoP. The piece you get in the bag is randomly chosen.

Several pieces of this renown set gear are also available from Quartermasters for purchase using the Medallion system.

Sovereign Gear

The Sovereign armor set is the highest level armor set, and grants the Supreme Ward, which includes the benefits from all the other Wards. Sovereign is obtained from King fights in contested cites. There are eight pieces of armor in this set.

The shoulders and accessory are purchased from the Royal Quartermasters inside your capital city.
