• The Bloodskull Orcs - Found in The Commonlands, and in their stronghold, Bloodskull Valley.
• Lonetusk Orcs - Led by General Lonetusk, this group is found in The Sprawl.
• The Deathfist Orcs - Found in Zek, the Orcish Wastes, and in their stronghold, Deathfist Citadel.
• There are 4 brigades of Deathfist Orcs: The Vallon, Sullon, Tallon and Derris Brigades.
• The Rujarkian Orcs - Found in The Sinking Sands and The Pillars of Flame, and in their stronghold, The Clefts of Rujark.
• Clan Crushbone - Found in Greater Faydark, and in their stronghold, Crushbone Keep.
