Instructor Tenn says 'Of course. To get started, you should get a Compendium from the cultural merchant here, Culturalist Devari. He's currently in this building here. Next, you'll need materials. The merchant has bundled artisan materials and tools. You'll also need templates from smithing and tailoring merchants. Finally, you'll need proper ingredients that will determine how powerful the item is. You'll have to go abroad to get those. Different areas will have different materials. Check the recipes themselves for more information.'
