How do I get to Luclin?

You can get there by taking wizard portals to The Nexus.

These portals are located in,
North Karana at /loc -3695, +1215, -8 in the south part of the zone not far from the guard tower.
Greater Faydark at /loc -2024, -442, 0 in the south part of the zone, northwest of the Lesser Faydark zone line.
Dreadlands at /loc +3049, +9658, +1048 in the very northwest part of the zone through the ice tunnel.
Tox Forest at /loc -1508, -1657, +71 near the southeast corner of the zone.
Greater Divide at /loc -1890, -2689, -45 in the north east section of the zone, straight west of the Eastern Wastes zone line.

Talking to the Nexus Scion NPC at these portals will give you a Spire Stone to put in your inventory. These portals are on a timer that activate every 15 minutes and will port you to The Nexus. The timer is not based upon when you hail the Nexus Scion.

There are also portal pads that port you back to those zones as well in The Nexus. No Spire Stone is required in The Nexus.

You can also get to The Nexus by being ported there by a Wizard or Druid.

Wizards can get their port spells from Goesl Sealsonich in Shadow Haven or Aliara Galestra in Katta Castellum.

Druids can get their port spells from Fralith Thornbush in Rivervale.

Raids

Raid Encounters in Luclin have the Mitigation of the Mighty IV buff on them. That is 20% spell and melee damage mitigation with 20% absorb dot damage.


Acrylia Caverns

This raid can be obtained by speaking to the Agent of Change in Grimling Forest near the Acrylia Caverns zone line at /loc +878, +1940, -268.

This raid can be obtained by speaking to the Agent of Change in Maidens Eye near the Akheva Ruins zone line at /loc -2072, +159, -156.
