Headshot

Headshot is a passive AA ability rangers can purchase. It provides a chance that any arrow a ranger fires on a low-level humanoid mob will hit for 32k damage. The damage is treated as physical damage, cannot be resisted/mitigated, but is effected by damage modifying effects such as Hunter's Furyand Outrider's Accuracy. This is current up to the Seeds of Destruction expansion:

Zones and mobs that headshot work in include:
Nurga - HS lvl 1 needed
Torgiran Mines - most mobs - Hs lvl 2 needed
Crypt of Nardox - troll mobs - HS lvl 3 needed for entry mobs
Droga, upper sections - HS lvl 4 needed
Droga, Lower sections - HS lvl 6 needed
Crypt of Decay - HS lvl 7 needed
Plane of Storms - Giants, Diaku, whirlwinds, named/mini giants - HS lvl 7 needed
Halls Of Honor - Most humanoid mobs - HS lvl 8 needed
Place of Valor - Razorfiends, arachnaes, crawlers, lumbering beasts - HS lvl 8 needed
Steppes - some gnolls - HS lvl 9 needed
Stoneroot Falls - Drachnids and Orcs - HS lvl 10 needed
Plane of Fire - C1 area - HS lvl 11 needed for most
The Lost notebook mission - ALl mobs - HS lvl 12 needed
Dragonscale Hills - minos - HS lvl 12 needed
Lost Gnomes mission - All mobs - HS lvl 13 needed
Dreadspire Keep - Orcs and human mobs - HS lvl 13 needed
