EQ2 Quest:Sabotage: Let Them Run Free  

This is one of the tier 2 sabotage quests for citizens of Qeynos. It can be given by Gil McMartin in the Commonlands (just outside of Freeport Gates) after you complete all ten of his tier 1 sabotage quests.

You must head into the suburbs of Freeport (Big Bend, Longshadow Alley, Scale Yard, etc) and destroy five carts of puppies within a 20 minute time limit. These are a random spawns around the shops.
