Crafting (Rift)  

Rift-Editarticle Crafting refers to creating or enhancing items that are used in gameplay.

• Crafting is leveled independently of adventuring levels^[1], and is not tied to the Soul system.^[2]
• The official FAQ says that the game will feature a "robust and comprehensive crafting and gathering system."^[3]
• Players will be able to choose a total of three professions from the crafting and gathering professions and may change their professions at any time.^[4]

• Artificer
• Bowyer
• Heavy weaponsmith
• Light weaponsmith
• Outfitter
• Runecrafting^[5]
