These items can be purchased from Renown Gear Merchants in or near the starting areas for each career. The one you are most likely to encounter as a Bright Wizard is Bountyman Taylor, in Grimmenhagen. There is also a renown merchant at the Grey Lady Coaching Inn named Bountyman Krakstein.
Militia gear can also be purchased in any of the Tier 1 Warcamps. The Nordland vendors are Bountyman Cohen (armor) and Bountyman Lipschultz (accessories/weapons).

Annihilator is the first high-level Ward-granting armor set. It is the RvR equivalent of the Bloodlord Armor Set found in the Bastion Stair. Both sets can be used in any combination to offer the Lesser Ward, which is required for City High Level Dungeons and Fortress encounters. There are five pieces of armor in each set.
The boots are dropped from any player in RvR combat (scenarios, skirmishes, or in RvR lakes), and are BoE. The gloves are purchased from the Renown Gear merchants inside Tier 4 Keeps, and are BoP. It is assumed that the Helm, Body, and Shoulder pieces are rewards from T4 Keep sieges, but this has not been confirmed. These pieces are BoP as well.

Conqueror gear is the second of the high-level Ward-granting armor sets. It is the RvR equivalent of the Sential Armor set found in the high-level city dungeons. Both sets can be used in any combination to offer the Greater Ward, which is required for both the Lost Vale and the City Invasion PQs. The Sentinel and Conqueror sets also provide the effects of the Lesser Ward. There are six pieces of armor in each set.
The gloves are purchased from the Renown Gear merchants inside Tier 4 Keeps, as well as from the Renown Gear merchants inside your capital city. It is unknown exactly where the rest of the gear comes from, but is related to Fortress sieges.

Both sets can be used in any combination to offer the Superior Ward, which is required for Sub-Boss PQs. The Darkpromise and Invader sets also provide the effects of the Lesser Ward and Greater Ward. Warlord gear is the fourth of the high-level Ward-granting armor sets. It is obtained from the Sub-Boss PQ fights in contested cities. The Warlord gear grants the Excelsior Ward which is required for the King Fights. The Excelsior Ward includes the effects of all previous armor sets. There are seven pieces of armor in this set.
The gloves and accessory are purchased from the Renown Gear merchants inside your capital city.
The (3) piece set bonus grants: 70 Willpower
The (4) piece set bonus grants: 70 Toughness
The (5) piece set bonus grants: 5 Disrupt
The (6) piece set bonus grants: 25% chance to lower target's Willpower by 2 per level, increase casters Intelligence by 2 per level for 10s
